YART will take place on the same Saturday as the Friends of the Library Book Sale. At the sale, you can get gently used books for $3 or less. Some books are free!

Seeking Artists

All participating artists are asked to donate $10 to the Friends of the Library organization. You may submit the donation on the day of the event. Artists must be set up at our Newport Branch by 10:30 am on Saturday, Nov. 12.

Reserve your spot by completing the form below.

Click or drag files to this area to upload. You can upload up to 6 files.

FAQ for Artists

Why is the price point so low?

The purpose of YART is to get original art into the hands of people who wouldn’t normally have access to it. YART is for everyone.

Does the library charge commission?

Nope. All we ask is for a $10 donation on the day of the sale to the Friends of the Campbell County Public Library.

Do I need a table or tent?

We will have a table available for you at our Newport Branch (6 ft length, 2.5 feet wide).

How should I contact if I have a question?

Please contact Cody Elliott, the adult/teen services programmer at our Newport Branch.

Weve said it before and well say it again...our patrons are the best! One of our patrons dropped off a beautiful bouquet of flowers from her own garden to thank some of our amazing staff members for their work. Were truly grateful for you all and all of your support!

That is a gorgeous bouquet! I suppose the only way I can come close to that in showing my appreciation to everyone at the library is to bring CHOCOLATE!😋

Yes, Campbell County patrons are the greatest!

Weve been having so much fun seeing all the young scientists visit the Kentucky Science Centers Science in Play2Go exhibit at the Cold Spring Branch. Stop by anytime between now and Nov. 27 for some STEAM-based play.
