Where to Find the Library this December
Celebrate the holidays with the library this December by visiting us out and about in the community!
Check below for a list of outside events you can find CCPL at this December. We can’t wait to see you.
Dec. 1, 4 pm: Catch the Book Bus driving in Fort Thomas’s Tour de Tinsel Bike Ride before the Fort Thomas Holiday Walk. Note: We will not hand out books at the event. The parade begins at 1420 S. Ft. Ave.
You can find us inside the Fort Thomas City Building once the Holiday Walk begins at 4 pm. Stop by and create your own festive craft to take home.
Dec. 7, 10 am-noon: Grab a read from The Book Bus at the Wilder Santa Breakfast! Located at the Wilder Fire Department (522 Licking Pike). For Wilder residents. Register with fire department.
Dec. 8, 3-5:30 pm: Visit us at Light Up Dayton (625 2nd Ave.). For Dayton residents.
Dec. 14, 10 am-noon: Visit Cam and climb aboard the Book Bus at Cold Spring’s Pancakes & Pajamas with Santa. Register with the City of Cold Spring. Located at the Community Center (5694 East Alexandria Pike).

Don't forget to stop by the Newport Branch's Jolabokaflod—a take on the Icelandic tradition of gifting books with the intention of them being read on Christmas Eve—on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 11 am-2 pm. The library will have books available to pick and take home for all ages! Plus, enjoy a hot cocoa bar, photo area, crafts and live music.
