Say Hello to Spring with April Programs

Join the library for fun activities to celebrate spring, the season that brings us birds, blooms and bunnies.

From egg hunts to crafts and parties, read on for programs perfect for spring celebrations. Registration is required at all programs.

Easter Egg Hunts

The search is on at the library—for children and adults alike. The library has two Easter Egg Hunts this year:

  • Hop on over to the Cold Spring Branch for a classic Easter Egg Hunt. Kids can search for hidden surprises on Saturday, April 9 at 11 am.
  • This Easter Egg Hunt for adults comes with a twist: the eggs glow in the dark. Head to the Newport Branch on Saturday, April 16 at 8:30 pm to look for eggs hidden around the library. There are two levels that are fair game, with the lower one being easier for anyone who may have mobility issues or wants to work at their own pace.
