Little Libraries inspire bright ideas

Little Libraries are not only a great community service, they’re a fine way to show some innovation. For example, as The River City News reported, Covington Latin student Jake Yoder, of Silver Grove, made a Little Library with a solar-powered light for selecting and returning books after dark. Jake, son of Silver Grove community and economic director Robert Yoder, made his Little Library entirely of construction materials pulled from dumpsters in Newport. Read about it here.

If you are a Campbell County Public Library cardholder, you can stock your Little Library for free by stopping in any of our branches and requesting a Little Library Bag.
