Early Literacy Play Date

Mark your calendars for the Newport Branch’s Early Literacy Play Date.

Literacy and play go hand in hand. This program brings them together to help prepare children as they learn to read. At this event, we will provide families of young children with space to play and learn.

Young ones can enjoy stations with toys, activities and games that encourage pre-literacy skills. While young ones play, caregivers can visit community vendors to learn about resources and services that can help set children up for success.

Other activities include meeting a magical princess, who will hand out balloon animals, from the Cincinnati Circus.

Visit the Book Bus!
