Elevate the stress of your day with Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation for the body and mind. Often referred to as a state of “yogic sleep,” it harnesses a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. In this state one can more easily align the mind to one’s highest intention or purpose, using a positive phrase or mantra offered to the subconscious mind. Yoga Nidra is helpful for stress reduction, insomnia, anxiety, and developing a greater state of well-being. No prior experience is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel to lie on.
