This is a secure service. Giving the library access to your device is a one-time event controlled by you. We cannot re-enter your device once the training session has ended.
Once you have AnyDesk open on your device, a 9-digit number will be displayed on the screen. Tell us what the number is over the phone. We will input the number on our end to remotely access your device.
To schedule a remote tech training appointment, you need an internet connection and access to a phone. You will also need to install the AnyDesk software on the device you want to receive the tech training on.
The AnyDesk software can be installed on a desktop or laptop by clicking here. Mobile and tablet users (including Kindle) can download the AnyDesk app from their app store.
Desktop computers, laptops, phones and tablets may be used.
