How do I share my screen with a library staff member?

There are three possible ways for you to connect with staff using Zoho Assist. You may be emailed an invitation or link to join the session, you can go to and enter a 9-digit Session ID shared with you by a staff trainer, or a staff trainer may text the link to join to your mobile device. Be advised that standard text message rates may apply from your carrier and plan.

What devices can be used?

Desktop computers, laptops, phones and tablets may be used.

Some system requirements may be discussed with your staff trainer for older devices. Know that there may be some limitations on mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.
