Teen Halloween Party

The Cold Spring Branch will be having a Teen Halloween Party!  Come dressed as your favorite ghoul or character to win in the Costume contest, play in the Ultimate Werewolf social deduction game, and watch a scary movie!  Snacks will be provided.
