Take & Make Program: DIY Zoetrope Animation

Zoetropes are the the original gif. They make a short, repeating animation by spinning a series of simple illustrations. Try your hand at this easy DIY method and see what drawings you can bring to life!

Registration is required for this virtual program. The program includes Take & Make bags that will provide everything you need to make the craft. Take & Make bags will be available for pickup starting a week before the craft program for those who have registered.

Supplies:

• Pie tin or other similarly shaped object (like a round lid)
• Stiff black paper
• White paper
• Marble
• Wide tape, like masking tape
• Scissors (not included in Take & Make bag)
