One-on-One Technology Training

Assisted patron as they setup and installed software on their newly-purchased laptop. This patron has attended past Tech Trainings and Talking Tech with Morgan programs, so finds us helpful and approachable.  Previous One-on-Ones helped them gain confidence online and navigating which laptop would be best for them to purchase (hence they appreciated our guidance in setting up said laptop).
