Assisted patron with re-learning how to send Zoom invitations and set up new meetings, sending emails in Gmail, created new desktop shortcut for her Google Account already logged in for Chrome, showed how to navigate Chrome apps, and turning off photo stream and iCloud services on iPad. Used AnyDesk to help with Zoom walkthrough, desktop shortcut, and showing process learned earlier this month for updating desktop.
