Couples Yoga

Experience the benefits of yoga for yourself.  Improve balance, suppleness, focus, and strength.  Reduce stress and increase your vitality! Bring a partner and enjoy the benefits of yoga together!

Please join us for yoga from 6:00-7:00pm on the following Thursdays in February:

    • February 7th
    • February 21st

* Register for each class separately

* Bring a yoga mat or towel.

* No prior yoga experience necessary.

About the Instructor:  Phoenix Wilson is a registered yoga & T’ai Chi Chih instructor.  She has been teaching in the N.KY area for over twelve years.  Her classes are centering, restorative & cultivate inner peace.
