Youth First: state-wide initiative to support those 16-24 years of age in accessing employment opportunities

This initiative is designed to support Northern Kentucky youth ages 16-24 in accessing training, apprenticeship and employment opportunities across our 8 – county region.

• Ages 16-24
• In school OR out of school
• No current plans to enroll in college
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Career interest and aptitude assessments
• Resume and cover letter development
• Career exploration and job search support
• Interview preparation
• Work-based learning and short-term credential opportunities
• Group resume workshops and mock interviews
• Dual enrollment available with Youth WIOA and other programs
