Experience the benefits of yoga for yourself.  Improve balance, suppleness, focus, and strength.  Reduce stress and increase your vitality! This class is for teens ages 12-18.

  • No prior yoga experience necessary
  • Bring a yoga mat or towel

 

About the Instructor:  Phoenix Wilson is a registered yoga & T’ai Chi Chih instructor.  She has been teaching in the N.KY area for over twelve years.  Her classes are centering, restorative & cultivate inner peace.
