Cold Spring Stargazers Club

Thursday, December 2, 2021
6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

On December 2nd, we will be trying to spot the lead up to the New Moon for December 4th and the Solar Eclipse that will happen on the 4th too!

Join others as we study the night sky as it grows dark in December, track the moon and even study constellations using the Orion SkyQuest XT6 Classic Dobsonian Telescope.

Be part of the NASA Citizen Science club where amateur astronomers can provide NASA with real information from our local area night sky. Register now as spots are limited!

There will be a back up date due to possible bad weather or cloudy skies:  Thursday, December 9th.

All state and federal COVID-19 mandates will be followed.  If Campbell County is ORANGE or above  on the Kentucky Department for Public Health’s COVID-19 Dashboard, everyone, age 6 or older, who attends library programs are required to wear masks. Please note any accommodation requests in the Special Needs section of the registration form.

If you have any accommodation requests or questions please contact Clara at cgerner@cc-pl.org.
