Family STEAM Night

Celebrate STEAM with fun activities for all ages and interests.

March is STEAM Month at the library. Gather your family and make your way to the Carrico/Fort Thomas Branch for a night of engaging presentations from local organizations.

Family STEAM Night
6-8 pm Saturday, March 19
Carrico/Fort Thomas Branch

Presenters will include the Cincinnati Observatory, Northern Kentucky University’s Chemistry Department, Cincinnati Museum Center and Neusole Glassworks, which will give glassblowing demonstrations from 6:30-7:30 pm.

Guests can also meet penguins from Newport Aquarium on a first-come, first-served basis across two sessions at 6 and 6:30 pm.

The library will also be providing STEAM-themed crafts and activities for all ages!

Registration is not required.


Family STEAM Night is part of a month-long emphasis on programs related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. From creating DIY circuits to lessons in Shakespearean stage combat and more, there’s something for all ages and interests at all library branches this March.
