Yoga is a timeless system of self-care that helps us gain strength, suppleness, balance and awaken to our present heart and mind.
Join us every other week for this online class as we explore the practice of yoga and meditation. All are welcome.

Phoenix Wilson, RYT
Phoenix Wilson is a certified Yoga and T’ai Chi Chih Instructor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University in Health and Physical Education. She has been teaching Yoga, Meditation, and Tai Chi in the Greater Cincinnati area for over 17 years including three years of training and teaching in Japan.
She also holds certifications from the Himalayan Institute as an Ayuverdic Yoga Specialist Practitioner and most recently completed a certification course called Yoga for Healthy Aging. She teaches corporate, private, and community-based classes. She believes yoga should be accessible to all and improves one’s quality of life and state of mind.
This is a live program that will be conducted via Zoom, a free online video conferencing
platform. Registration is required. On the day of the program, we will email you with the link to join the live program. You are not required to have a Zoom account . If you would like to create a free account though, you may do so at https://zoom.us/signup.
