Have you read the book or seen the movie? Here at Homeschool Book to Movie Club, you can do both!
Every 3rd Thursday of the month at 11:30 am, we will discuss the club’s book with a special talk about its movie counterpart. Register for this program to get 1 free copy of the book per family. The books will be at the Cold Spring Branch from July 20th – August 17th to pick up. If you can’t pick up at Cold Spring, tell us your location choice using the special needs section of the registration form or email Brittany at bparr@cc-pl.org.

Mary Poppins by Pamela Lyndon Travers
When the Banks family advertise for a nanny, Mary Poppins and her talking umbrella appear out of the sky, ready to take the children on extraordinary adventures.
Mary Poppins is strict but fair, and soon Michael and Jane are whisked off to a funfair inside a pavement picture and on many more outings with their wonderful new nanny!
Needless to say, when at last ‘the wind changes’ and she flies away, the children are devastated. But the magic of Mary Poppins will stay with the Banks family forever.
