* Bring a yoga mat or towel.

* No prior yoga experience necessary.

About the Instructor:  Phoenix Wilson is a registered yoga & T’ai Chi Chih instructor.  She has been teaching in the N.KY area for over twelve years.  Her classes are centering, restorative & cultivate inner peace.
