Danielle visited CCMS for the monthly #CCMSReads book club on Wednesday, November 21st at 2:30pm. There were 13 in attendance. This month, we discussed Ban This Book by Alan Gratz, which discusses book bans in a school and how the students used their class project on the amendments to stand up for their right to read. It was a really great book, and everyone loved it! Next month, we will be discussing Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan, which the students are REALLY looking forward to.
