This year during Fall into Literature, join us as we delve into the horrors of Bram Stoker's classic vampire novel, Dracula! Stoker's work has been the inspiration for countless versions of The Count, and elements can be seen in all types of media. Join us each month as we explore Stoker's influence on vampirical lore through lectures on the novel itself, horror attraction design and cinematic vampirism!
This month, join us for a virtual presentation from Steven Frenzel as he discusses "Provocative Vampires in the Movies," which is all about how vampires have been portrayed in media.
About the Speaker

Frenzel has been giving his popular interactive film presentations for schools, libraries, senior centers and other organizations for over 16 years. He has also been an Illinois-certified teacher since 1988, and he has taught at schools in Park Ridge, Wilmette, Schiller Park and Winnetka. Steven presents engaging programs on dozens of topics in the movies with his signature, infectious enthusiasm.
