Yoga is a great way to heal after giving birth and a delightful way to bond with your baby. During these programs, mommies and babies will enjoy stretching, strengthening and interacting with others.

About the Instructor

Phoenix Wilson is a registered yoga & T’ai Chi Chih instructor.  She has been teaching in Northern Kentucky for over twelve years.  Her classes focus on centering, restoring and cultivating inner peace.
