R.A.D. Systems Women’s Basic Self-Defense

The R.A.D. System is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training.

This 12-hour course (3 hours each session) will help women develop and enhance their options for self-defense.  In order to receive the certification, you must attend all four sessions.

Water will be provided at all of the sessions.  Not all exercises are suitable for everyone.  Consult your doctor before participating in this exercise program.
