Come experience the benefits of yoga and meditation for yourself. Through the practice of yoga, experience improved balance, suppleness, focus & strength. 

Also, we will explore simple meditation practices to find that quiet, still place within you. 

Reduce your stress and increase your vitality!

Yoga and Meditation will be held from 10:30-11:30 am on Friday, January 27, February 3, and February 10. 

*Please register separately for each class.

*Bring a yoga mat or towel.

*No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary.

About the Instructor:  Phoenix Wilson is a registered yoga & T’ai Chi Chih instructor.  She has been teaching in the N.KY area for over twelve years.  Her classes are centering, restorative & cultivate inner peace.

Age range: 18 and up
